BRASH Consulting was formed three months ago and our team consists of six members. We have built a database to help retrieve information regarding specific customers that HostVenom deals with, allowing them to access specific purchases, products, and relationships easier. All of the customer information is stored under the customers table and we have created a subform that allows one to track every server that a customer has purchased and the specific information regarding that server. This also allows for the tracking of server locations to specific people, so the company can account for everything they are running. Next, we created a parts form that lists prices along with a support form that gives details on specific issues and problems that have occurred. By using all of these tables, we were able to develop different forms, queries, and reports.
The database consists of multiple forms that allows HostVenom employees to input data with respect to their customers, issues, servers, and support. The forms make it easy to store data in a way that can easily be updated and keep track of specific problems the company is experiencing. We also created queries that are useful when an employee needs information on a certain customer or a certain server. If the company experienced a complaint from a customer they can easily add in the issue to the database.
